Our consultancy work focuses on supporting the needs of our customers as far as their sailing and water-sport related business delivery projects are concerned. Whether the focus of the specific project includes creating a detailed needs analysis of current business effectiveness, increasing customer engagement and retention through a dedicated marketing / social media campaign, growing participation in specific water-sport disciplines such as dinghy sailing, helping businesses to make the right equipment choices for use in practical program delivery or through developing long-term participant / coach development pathways, Aquarius Sport is able to support a wide variety of needs.
Aquarius Sport also helps to manage development projects for business in the wider sports industry, working with clothing and equipment manufacturers to help them increase international distribution in ‘emerging’ market places. We also work with many other types of sport-related organisations, helping them to better understand the needs of their customers and helping them establish a more direct distribution model to better reach these ‘end users’.
